- The applicant must be at least 18 years of age and submit valid identification and supporting documents.
- Loan approval is subject to the verification process and eligibility criteria determined by Golden Global Credit Private Limited.
- Golden Global Credit Private Limited reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any loan application without assigning any reason.
- The loan amount, applicable interest rate, repayment schedule, and all charges will be specified in the loan agreement.
- Any delay or default in repayment shall attract penalties and/or additional interest as per the agreed terms.
- Submission of false information or involvement in fraudulent activities will result in immediate termination of services and may lead to legal action.
- The applicant is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and related information.
- The company shall not be held liable for any losses arising due to technical failures, system interruptions, or regulatory requirements.
- All personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and used strictly for business and compliance purposes.
- The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of violation of these terms or failure to meet repayment obligations.

- I undertake to repay the loan as per the agreed schedule without default.
- I agree to comply with all rules, policies, and procedures of the company.
- I accept full legal responsibility for any incorrect or misleading information provided.
